Our Clients Thought

I've been playing guitar for over 20 years and have owned many different brands, but none have impressed me as much as my new Samick acoustic. As soon as I picked it up in the store, I could tell it was a quality instrument. The craftsmanship is excellent - the wood has beautiful grain patterns and the finish is smooth and flawless. It stays in tune extremely well, even during long jam sessions. The sound projects loudly with rich tones across the entire frequency range, from bright trebles to deep booming basses. I've written several songs on my Samick and get compliments on both the look and sound whenever I play live. For an affordable price, this guitar punches well above its weight class. I'm thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend Samick acoustics to any player looking for great value.

I was looking for an electric guitar to start learning on and decided to take a chance on a Samick. I didn't want to spend too much in case I lost interest, but also wanted something that would still sound and play nicely. This Samick Strat copy turned out to be perfect for me as a beginner! The neck is smooth and comfortable to play, even for my small hands. The pickups provide a surprising range of tones, from sparkling cleans to heavy crunch. The whammy bar is very responsive and fun to use. Tuning stability has been excellent right out of the box. While it may not stand up to abuse from a pro, this budget guitar has held its own through all my beginner struggles. For the price, I couldn't be happier with the quality, playability and sound. Samick exceeded my expectations for a starter electric.

As an intermediate guitarist wanting to upgrade from my cheap beginner bass, I took a chance and bought a Samick 5-string online. When it arrived, I was blown away by the build quality and rich sound. The basswood body produces deep, resonant low tones that fill up any mix. The maple neck is smooth and fast. The 2-band EQ gives me the flexibility to dial in a variety of tones from vintage roundness to modern bite. Slap and pop techniques really jump out with this bass. The craftsmanship is top-notch for an import model - it looks, feels and plays like a much more expensive instrument. I've used my Samick to jam with friends and even record some demo tracks, and it has performed flawlessly. While Samick may not have the prestige of Fender or Gibson, you'd be hard pressed to find a better bass guitar value. I'm a Samick convert for life!

As an intermediate pianist looking to expand my skills into guitar, I was drawn to the beautiful look and full sound of a Samick parlor acoustic. It has the comfort and playability of a smaller body while still providing impressive volume and sustain. The solid spruce top sings with richness and resonance. Strumming and fingerpicking have a bright, crisp tone. The mahogany back and sides warm up the sound with hints of sweetness. Whether I'm picking out chords as a beginner or attempting intricate classical pieces, this guitar provides the perfect tonal palette. The satin finish and vintage styling give it a refined yet understated elegance. For my first "serious" acoustic, I feel like I've found an instrument that will grow along with my skills for years to come. The excellent quality and reasonable cost make Samick a brand that everyone should have on their radar. I couldn't have found a better guitar!

I recently purchased a high-end Samick electric guitar and am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this instrument. The flamed maple top is absolutely gorgeous and catches the light for a dazzling visual effect. The neck has a smooth, fast feel that makes complex solos effortless. The pickups and switching provide a huge range of usable tones, from sparkling cleans to ultra-high gain. Using just this one Samick, I can nail sounds from classic rock to modern metal. The tuning machines keep everything locked in tune through heavy use. The overall craftsmanship is what you'd expect from a custom shop guitar costing twice as much. While Samick may not have the brand recognition of an American manufacturer, they can clearly compete on quality and performance. This is by far my best guitar and worth every penny. Samick has won my business going forward; their guitars are seriously underrated.
